POLICIES

  1.  Please be informed that we work strictly on 1st come 1st serve basis due to limited amounts of stock per items. Clients must book at least 1 or 2 months before the function.
  2. Clients must first confirm Exact amounts before booking rental items. No changes or swaps will be allowed.
  3. To secure your booking, we require 50% deposit will be allowed. No refunds on deposits paid.
  4. Rentals can be collected from 8am till 2pm.
  5. Rental Must be back on next day before noon.
  6. Penalties will be charged for late returns. Please call to make alternate arrangements.
  7. All rentals Must be returned Clean, mildew free and wax free. We charge penalties for cleaning.
  8. If items are returned damaged, penalties to be charged.
  9. It is client’s responsibility to check that all returned items are in good shape.
  10. All rentals will be packed and wrapped and marked.
  11. Clients must take time to check all items with a staff member before loading. We will not be held responsible for broken items after when the client has receive goods from us.
  12. Clients will be Responsible for all breakages, chips, burn marks and damages. Please be considerate with items rented as most of our items are limited imported stock that cannot be replaced.
  13. Client Must sign when collecting.
  14. We reserve the right to hold back the deposit if goods are not returned on time, damaged or unclean.
  15. Deliver fee is calculated based on your order and fees will be charged if the location has elevators and stairs. Please be sure to mention all details to be ensure we provide you with an accurate quote, and to be on time for your event.
  16. Return & Pickup: The Client is responsible to ensure all items are ready for pick up. If items are not returned within 3 days, a replacement fees will be assessed on top of rental fees.
  17. Set up tables based on the number of guests. Decorating involvement Only provided by us. Clean up or tear down service is available for an additional fee.
  18. Credit and terms. A Valid credit card Must be kept on file. The credit card will be used for damages, missing items, replacement fees and cleaning fees within 7 days of the event.
  19. Cancellations: Once the contract is signed and event date scheduled, the 50% payment is Non-refundable.
