Once you have selected your items and confirmed your order, the next step is to arrange for all your items to arrive at your event on time.
The Modern Party Rental team will unload your rentals from the truck to the location door. Also, we return to pick-up the rentals to our warehouse at the end of your event, all rental items should be neatly stacked, linens should be returned dry and free of waste, wet linens should be separated from dry ones.
Delivery rates are based on door to door, please inform us when ordering if there are stairs, slopes, garden and elevator.

Broken and missing items must be reported at the time of pick-up, any items that are broken please keep the pieces, any items not returned or has been damaged will be subject to additional charges.
